Attrributes of the new Sonic Solutions service include:

• Cleaning services are available for any size roll or sleeve up to 10 feet or larger.
• The roll is scanned in three locations to determine the cell volume.
• After cleaning, the roll is rescanned in three locations to verify that it is clean and at full cell volume.

With no capital investment, Sonic Solutions customers save money while gaining faster processing than roll recoating. The service results in an extended life for the anilox roll and improved printing. Emergency cleaning services are also available.
